Christmas Decorating in the Dining Room
Step inside our dining room, all decorated for Christmas!
Remember last year when I decorated our dining room for Christmas in aqua, white, silver and gold? This year we went a different direction and went with traditional reds, white and silver and I love it!
But, before I show you the rest of our Christmas dining room decorations, I have to tell you how excited I am to be hosting a Christmas Blog Hop for the very first time. I have gathered some favorite bloggers (yours and mine!) to bring you lots of Christmas decorating inspiration. With 27 bloggers sharing home tours, diy gift ideas and tablescapes you are bound to walk away with tons of ideas! If you are visiting from Noting Grace, welcome! Jen is so talented, especially when it comes to tablescapes!
Don’t miss the rest of the inspiration at the bottom of this post!
On to our Christmas decorating in the dining room!
Simple Christmas Decorations
This year I decided to keep things more simple than in the past. We’re in the middle of a challenging time in our lives and simplifying seemed to be the best way to go.
Instead of an elaborate centerpiece, I popped a little greenery and some silver ornaments in a dough bowl. Simple and Easy!
Dining Room Christmas Tree
I love this little flocked tree. I found it at Walmart last year for a great price.
White furry ribbon adds a whimsical touch.
I love adding lots of ribbon, ornaments and greenery to my trees. Large poinsettia flowers are one of my favorite things to decorate a tree with.
Isn’t our new (to us) church pew so cute?! JC found it on FB marketplace for $20! He has a knack for finding great deals.
Tell me, do you decorate your dining room for Christmas?
Next on the tour is my friend, Lindsay from Aratari Home. I love the way she decorated her living room! Be sure to check it out along with all the other amazing bloggers below!

Beautiful! I love using poinsettias at Christmas, too. I’ve got some burlap ones that I stick in my tree for added fulness. Your dining room looks lovely and festive!
