Cauliflower

Cauliflower Snowball

Snowball X Cauliflower is a popular variety that produces medium-sized, pure white heads with a mild flavor.

Delicious and nutritious! Harvest and use this cauliflower variety raw in salads, boiled or steamed as side dishes, or pickle cauliflower to add some extra flavor to snack on. Good source of vitamin C. 


Tomatoes

Cherokee Purple-

HEIRLOOM Unusual variety with full flavor. Famously rich flavor and texture make this a colorful favorite among heirloom enthusiasts. Medium-large, flattened globe, 8-12 oz. fruits. Color is dusky pink with dark shoulders. Multilocular interior ranges from purple to brown to green. Relatively short vines. Indeterminate

Citrine Cherry Tomato-

Organic Exceptional snacker with rich, balanced flavor, a meaty bite, and resistance to the splitting and cracking common to many similar market varieties. With a vigorous indeterminate plant selected for low-input systems under heavy disease pressure, Citrine produces reliable crops in harsh conditions. Beautiful orange color

White Cherry Tomato-

Organic Pale yellow fruits. Appealing, pale yellow cherry tomatoes average 15-20 gm. and have a good, mild taste. Plants are compact and easy to pick.

Sun Gold Cherry Tomatoes-

The Sun Gold is a very sweet, tangerine-orange cherry tomato. Once you try this sugary treat, you will want to grow it for years and years! This variety produces beautiful little tomatoes early, often and throughout the entire season.

Super Sweet 100 Cherry Tomato-

The Supersweet 100 Tomato has a flavor with an extra sweetness and an outstanding yield production that keeps coming back! This tomato tastes like candy and has an increased disease-fighting ability than the beloved classic, Sweet 100. This hybrid is a delicious treat that is also one of the most nutritious tomatoes available anywhere! The Supersweet 100 has a higher vitamin C content than any other tomato. The small 1 inch tomatoes have a bright red skin and flesh.

Golden Jubilee Slicing Tomato-

HEIRLOOM Golden Jubilee tomato is a long-time favorite that was selected an All-America Selections Winner during the war years of the 1940’s. Jubilee is perhaps the meatiest and juiciest of the lighter-colored tomato varieties. Plant Jubilee Tomato seeds and enjoy a bountiful harvestof colorful and delicious tomatoes.

Black Cherry Tomato

Italian Heirloom

Outstanding variety from Italy. Plants are loaded with red fruits weighing over a pound. One of the most productive varieties we have grown at Heritage Farm. Excellent full tomato flavor. Ideal for slicing and canning—very little waste and easy to peel. Indeterminate

Indigo Cherry Drops

Indigo Cherry Drops has striking, dark blue anthocyanin coloration and red flesh, a vigorous indeterminate. Larger clusters of 1–2 oz. fruit. Indeterminate. Plant Variety Protected. USDA Certified Organic

Striped German Organic Tomato

Bicolor red-and-yellow fruit.The flat, medium-to-large tomatoes with variable shoulder ribbing are shaded yellow and red. The marbled interior looks beautiful sliced. Complex, fruity flavor and smooth texture. Medium-tall vines bear 12+ oz. fruit. Indeterminate. USDA Certified Organic

Cucumbers

Muncher Cucumber-

ORGANIC The Muncher cucumber plant variety produces a smooth nearly spineless, medium green cucumber that is crisp and delicious. This low acid favorite is now available in organic seeds. The Muncher is mosaic resistant and produces heavy yields. The taste of this cucumber is non-bitter and very tender. It can be pickled when young or eaten fresh once it reaches 8-10 inches long

Straight Eight Cucumber-

The Straight Eight cucumber is a tip-top slicing cucumber and, like its name suggests, is perfectly straight! This Slicing Cucumber is a remarkably uniform cucumber that has a small seed cavity and crisp, fine-grained flesh. This variety is a heavy yielding cucumber and is an All-American selection in 1935. The Straight Eight is free from stippling and has a sweet and mild taste.

Early Fortune Cucumbers-

Organic This slicing cucumber originated in Royal Oak, MI right around the turn of the 20th century. Green fruits are 7-8″ long, 2″ wide, and offer a nice flavor. Plants are vigorous and dependable. 

Peppers

Serrano Chili Pepper-

Abundant, small fruits ripen from dark green to deep crimson. This pepper variety is an excellent choice for making pepper sauce and hot chili sauce.

For best taste, pick Serrano peppers while they are still green or just beginning to change coloring.

Cayenne Pepper-

Hot Hot cayenne type. Cayenne peppers are all long, slim, and slightly curved. This variety has plants that bear 5 to 6 in long, curved wrinkled, fiery-hot fruit that starts waxy-green and matures to crimson. Excellent for drying.

Islaner Bell Pepper-

The Islander Pepper is known as the chameleon as it is beautiful pepper to watch its colorful display! This color-crazy pepper starts out as a violet hue, then turns to a yellow/orange and then finally deep red! This variety can be picked at any of these stages to provide awesome color to salads and meals. The Islander is a thick-fleshed, medium-sized bell pepper with 3-lobes that have a mild, slightly sweet taste. This colorful pepper also has a resistance to tobacco mosaic virus.

Emeral Giant-

Organic The Emerald Giant Pepper’s sweet, juicy taste and crisp texture is a favorite among chefs and home growers! This organic bell pepper’s thick flesh ranges dark-green to red. This pepper has been improved and selected for its heavy yields and disease resistance. Vigorous and prolific, the Emerald Giant’s pepper plants will bear over a long season and is a wonderful choice for growing in the South

Squash & Zucchini

Dunja Zucchini-

Organic, early, powdery mildew resistant.Dunja is a high yielder of dark-green, straight zucchinis. Open plants and short spines make for an easy harvest. Intermediate resistance to powdery mildew, papaya ringspot virus, watermelon mosaic virus, and zucchini yellow mosaic virus
